Dequaspray for Severe Sore Throats

Description

• For severe sore throats
• Provides fast, effective relief from sore throat pain
• The Dequaspray design ensures that the powerful anaesthetic ingredient is delivered straight to the point of pain

Active Ingredients

Spray contains

• Lidocaine hydrochloride Ph Eur 2.6mg

Directions

• On first use or after storage, spray 3 time away from face into a sink
• Adults and children over 12 - aim nozzle at the back of the throat and spray 3 times - this is one dose
• Repeat every 3 hours as required
• No more that 6 doses in any 24 hour period
• Children under 12 - not recommended

Caution

• Do not exceed the stated dose
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children
• Do not inhale whilst spraying and avoid contact with eyes
• May cause numbness so take care when eating and drinking hot foods
• May occasionally cause allergic reactions, including asthma

Do not use if

• You suffer from asthma or bronchospasm o
• You are allergic to any of the ingredients
• You cannot tolerate fructose
• You are very sensitive to alcohol , ethanol can alter the effect of other medicines
• You have liver disease, alcoholism, epilepsy or brain damage/injury

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if

• You are on any other medication
• You are pregnant or breast-feeding
• You accidently use too much spray and feel unwell
• Your symptoms persist or new symptoms arise (fever, headache, vomiting, nausea) or anything unusual happens
