Description

• Provides relief of headache, sore throat, fever, body aches and pains and blocked nose

Active Ingredients

Sachet contains

• Paracentamol 1000mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2mg

Directions

• Adults and children over 12 - 1 sachet every 4-6 hours
• Maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours
• Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot, but not boiling water
• Stir untill dissolved, if prefered, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener
• Children under 12 - not to be taken except on medical advice

Caution

• Do not exceed the stated dose, immediate medical advice should be sought even if you feel well
• Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children
• If symtoms persist consult your doctor

• You are allergic to any of the ingredients
• You have heart disease or high blood pressure
