• NiQuitin CQ 2mg Mint Gum - for those who smoke more than 30 minutes after waking
• NiQuitin CQ 4mg Mint Gum - for those who smoke within 30 minutes of waking

Directions

• Adult smokers 18 years or over -
• Step 1 - 1 gum when urge to smoke, take 8-12 gums per day (maximum 15) for 3 months
• Step 2 - gradual reduction to 1-2 gums per day when use should be stopped
• Step 3 - occasional use if urge to smoke returns
• The chewing gum should be chewed according to the 'chew and rest' technique described on the pack for 30 minutes
• Under 18 years - not to be used
