Description
Candida is now recognized as the cause of some of the most persistent troublesome health problems that we often associate with the stresses of daily life - IBS, chronic fatigue, depression, panic attacks and nausea.
Many people believe that food intolerance lies at the root of their Candida problems, and thousands have found that they can make an enormous difference to their symptoms by using the Candida Diet as part of their treatment approach. This book explains how and why the diet approach works, and how you can identify the foods you need to help you fight back.
There are recipes and guidance for a healthy eating plan. There's advice and inspiration, too, to help you persist with the diet and to make lasting changes to your eating habits.
